The Los Angeles Jewish Home's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is called the Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC). We deliver high quality healthcare and social services to qualified seniors age 55 and over. We call the seniors in our program "participants."
BCSC serves San Fernando Valley residents who need a nursing home level of care, as determined by California's Department of Health Care Services Long-Term Care Division, and prefer to remain living at home. Participants must be able to live independently in the community without putting their health and safety at risk.
