Since 1999, our L’Chaim Adult Day Health Center has provided outstanding medical, rehabilitative, and social services to thousands of elderly and disabled clients.
Our staff of professionals provide nursing and personal care; case management; physical, occupational, massage, and speech therapy; nutritional counseling; and recreational and socialization activities. Transportation, hot lunch, and snacks are also provided. Our goals are to maintain and enhance our clients’ health; help them to remain independent in their homes and community for as long as possible; and reduce the likelihood of their falling, visiting the emergency room, or remaining hospitalized for prolonged stays, and avoiding premature institutional care.
