Varied activities are offered during both the days and evenings for residents. They may include entertainment, arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise, gardening, ceramics, special events and celebrations. These may be in large or small groups or even one on one. Activities are adapted to meet resident tastes and care needs. Resident Household/Councils provide suggestions regarding programming desires and general resident life.
The Rubenstein Family Kosher Oasis is a dairy restaurant located just off the lobby of the Jewish Home and Care Center. This innovative addition allows the residents the pleasure of eating outwithout ever leaving the building.
